Job Duties:
* Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
* Actively seek out new sales opportunities through market visits and networking
* Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.
* Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data
* Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
* Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints
* Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
* Collaborate with team to achieve better results
* Collecting revenue of the sales generated.
* Working hand in hand with credit control team to achieve low levels of AR and assist in Receivables collection.

 

Qualifications and requirements:
* Graduate in Any Stream
* Minimum 3 years experience in the Construction / Building Materials industry with specialization Product Knowledge
* Excellent skills: Confidence, Perseverance, Excellent interpersonal skills, Commercial awareness, Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills
* Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.
