Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Keeps track of employees expense claims complied with the bank’s policy before approval by the Head.
• Assists internal and external credit examinations on an on-going basis.
• Provides report functions for senior management.
• Plans and organizes work; develops and maintains procedures to ensure work is completed in an efficient manner.
• Prepares applicable meeting material and requests applicable equipment such as telephone conference, projector, or other office technology.
• Ensures the office is run efficiently during the Head of CBD’s presence and absence and in accordance with Bank policies and applicable laws.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Minimum Three years experience in the field.
• Good Organizational Skills.
