Job Duties :
• Coordinating training logistics either inside or outside EBI premises
• Check training material periodically.
• Responsible for training opening, and introducing the instructor for the trainees.
• Manage and problem solve concerns as they arise with trainees, trainers, site staff or contracting agency staff.
• Review incoming invoices, process for authorization payments.
• Follow up for accuracy of certificate information, insure availability and certificate dispatch to Administration Department.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing, interacting in a representable manner with individuals at all levels.
• Excellent English language command is a must.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent problem solving and stress management skills.
• Excellent public speaking and large group facilitation skills.
• Basic computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including some weekend and evening work.
