Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing in Planning & Execution of day-day Operations.
• Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival.
• Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences.
• Analysing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating.
• Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones.
• Contributing to the development of customer satisfaction programs.
• Motivate the store staff and ensure the growth of the store staff in terms of Skill and position.
• Ensure that the customer appointments are scheduled accordingly.
• Responsible for the achievement of the store targets.
• Able to handle customer complaints and grievances.
• Ensure the optimum mix of sales through services and membership sales.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Having more than Twelve years working experience.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Good Communication skills.
