Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Monitor all duty schedules in the Kitchen operation and review and correct the appearance and grooming of all assigned Employees
• Conduct regularly presentations of new novelties, etc. to stay in line with operational trends
• Responsible for the timely Kitchen preparations for all meal services in the outlets in line with the stipulated opening hours
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guest’s and employee’s health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Ideally should have completed hotel management degree with a relevant diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
• Any additional diploma in the related filed will have an edge over other candidates
• Minimum 5 and above years of working experience will be an advantage
• Culinary skills in International and Continental Cuisine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Proficiency in communication and math skills is imperative.
• The ability to work in shifts and odd hours is required.
• The candidate should be quick in making decisions and should be able to work in a fast paced environment do attain the goals.
