Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Prepare correspondence, reports, materials for publications and presentations.
• Maintain C.E.O calendar.
• Prepare and maintain manager expense report.
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
• Create and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
• Answer telephones and handle inappropriate manner.
• Photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
• Research, price, purchase office furniture and supplies.
• Supervise support staff.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 1-3 year of experience.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office) and internet literate.
