Quantity Surveyor Jobs Dubai . Currently we are looking for Quantity Surveyor for our company in Dubai. Interested Candidates Can submit their Application.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Keep records of invoices and support documents.
• Maintain site Joint Measurement Record Register.
• Prepare itemized statements, invoices and record amounts due for services rendered by Sub-contractors.
• To check theoretical consumption of steel, cement & other material supplied free of cost to the contractor and make recovery in case of excess Consumption wastage.
• Obtain timely documentation from the concerned sub-contractor representative.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Diploma holder.
• Minimum two years experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Time management skills.
