Key Responsibilities :
• Anticipate and fix any potential issues with the project through quick responses and proactive critical thinking
• Manage overall project to ensure requirements and project deliverable dates are transparent and well communicated through the various stakeholders and members
• Manage and oversee project documentation, including project plans that specify goals, staffing and scheduling
• Apply project management expertise and best practice knowledge to project work
• Develop communication plans, deliver timely and effective updates to all identified stakeholders/proactively work to mitigate risks
• Provides vision and direction for the most complex, niche and cross-functional projects of the Hospital.

Education & Experience :
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Incredibly detail-oriented
• Certified Project Management Professional
• Demonstrated success in effectively envisioning, developing, and implementing new strategies
• Excellent facilitation and project management skills
• Minimum of 5-7 year’s experience leading projects within Healthcare environment managing multiple and complex projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Healthcare Management
• Ability to influence and motivate team members and business partners
• Good knowledge of regulations and legal aspects
• Excellent understanding of healthcare business, market trends and competition
• Good understanding and hands on experience of Project Management software.
