Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
• Updating the website, marketing mediums and social media with the latest information of the product.
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes, and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc..

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Female Only.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must have good Telephone manners.
• Excellent word processing and IT skills.
• Computer literate with some knowledge of photo editing and video making.
• Honesty and reliability
• Creative, fast learner
• Excellent organizational skills
• The ability to work on your own initiatives;
• An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion
• Prior experience in similar field will be considered.
