Key Responsibilities :
• You will design a range of learning solutions (leadership development, customer service, operational) using industry best practice in line with DA standards.
• You will integrate digital solutions where applicable, create evaluation plans to support the transfer of learning and map the design against DA values and behaviors framework.
• You will develop material and curate content that creates a positive learning environment to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
Education & Experience :
• You will have a Bachelor’s Degree from a leading university in a field relevant to learning/training
• You will hold professional qualifications in facilitation, instructional design and evaluation.
