Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in administrative duties such as benefits enrollment for new employees
• Answers employee questions and requests when necessary
• Assists with employee background checks
• Assists with processing and reconciling payroll
• Maintains and updates employee information in the system when necessary
• Assembles employee data files
• Schedules meetings and appointments at the HR Manager’s request
• Provides administrative support with email.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must be discreet and confidential
• Candidate must be adaptable and a strong multitasks.
