Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Supervise the implementation and execution of HR operations within the business
• Manage the HR Services within the business including, HR administration services, payroll, PRO, employee relations and compensation and benefits
• Manage the talent management process within the business
• Evaluate and analyse the current processes in place and suggest improvement to increase efficiency within the business
• Ensure to instil a good culture throughout the company.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years experience within a managerial role
• CIPD/bachelor degree qualified
• Experience setting up an HR department from scratch
• Experience implementing new policies and procedures
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
