Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creates and updates job requirements for each position at the company
• Implements a recruitment and hiring program to new employees
• Counsels current employees and suggests helpful changes
• Conducts all employee exit interviews
• Develops and conducts orientation training and programs
• Maintains employee benefits plans and updates employees as to changes
• Ensures legal compliance with knowledge of state and federal laws associated with the workplace.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Must be approachable in nature
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must have the ability to handle disciplinary actions with a calm demeanor
• Candidate must have good listening skills and a discreet manner
• Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.
