Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• To work closely with departments ensuring the hotels recruitment needs are met to be able to delight our guests
• Plans, organizes and implements activities of the department
• Implements and annually update the compensation program
• Manage and maintain headcounts, ensuring that they are in line with agreed departmental headcount budgets
• To manage and administer Disciplinary & Grievance procedures in conjunction with the Director of Human Resources
• Provide Human Resources support to Department Heads and colleagues in order achieve the hotel strategic business objectives
• Establishes and maintains effective colleague relations

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Degree or Higher National Diploma equivalent in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management or Human Resources
• Minimum 2 year of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment
• A minimum of 2 years experience as an Human Resources Manager
• Has worked with an HR Information System and Recruitment System
• Communicate fluently in English verbally and written
• Able to learn and apply local laws effectively within a reasonable time frame
• Able to work with multicultural teams.
