Housekeeping Coordinator


Required Housekeeping Coordinator. Currently we are looking for Housekeeping Coordinator for our company in Dubai. Interested Candidates Can submit their Application.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
Answer the telephone as per the hotel standard.
Run various status reports in order to do opening shift and prepare room attendant assignments.
Review logbooks for special requests and instructions
Answer the phone and log all messages.

Track all room statuses
Coordinate VIP rooms , make up room requests .
Monitor the issuing of keys.
Log all lost & found items.
Maintain filing systems.
Maintain close contact with Engineering in reference to room repair & out of order room statuses.
Inform security of any emergency brought to Housekeeping s attention.
Prepare and monitor room status reports for possible discrepancies.

Update room status whenever required.
Distribute VIP assignments.
Respond promptly & politely to any requests from Royal Service.
Maintain close contact with the Front Office & Floor Supervisors with reference to arrivals & departures.
Maintain good working relationships with all colleagues and leaders
Execute any other tasks as required.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Previous experience in a hotel Housekeeping is an asset
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to resolve situations involving guest challenges
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Opera.
