Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Ensure all client calls (enquiries, requests, complaints) are attended to as per best customer service practices and efficiently understand the customer s requirements, striving to provide the best solutions
• Demonstrate excellent call-handling capabilities, with a friendly and engaging phone manner at all times
• Follow up with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction or service recovery
• Identify, research and resolve customer/agent concerns using the available information and database
• Ensure complaints are handled in a timely manner by managers/departments by monitoring and maintaining complaints system
• Ensure abandoned calls are kept to a minimum and that clients are called back.

Adhere to company policy and procedure for all transactions including:
• Inbound calls
• Outbound calls
• Emails from property portals, agents and clients
• Data Entry
• Work orders
• Quality Assurance
• Maintain customer accounts by recording accurate contact information and notes
• Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics including call and lead numbers
• Promote other services offered by the Company and generating referral leads where and when applicable
• Other Company related duties that may be assigned by the Manager/Team Leader- Customer Care that is consistent with the department and Company mandate.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• High school degree or diploma
• Clear communication skills, with exemplary English language skills (reading and writing)
• At least 2 years of proven customer support experience
• Strong and confident call handling skills and active listener
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve.
