Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Managing and following up customer payments
• Manage and effectively handle supplier payments and enquiries
• Preparation of payment vouchers
• Issuing and monitoring cheques to suppliers
• Online bank payment processing
• Updating cash flow every day; preparing payment list every 2 weeks for manager approval
• Petty cash handling
• Ad hoc duties required.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Must be extrovert and confident
• Must be process oriented and great multitasker
• Strength must be in confident communication with colleagues, customers and suppliers via phone, email and face to face
• Reporting to Finance Manager and working closely with Accountant
• Fluent in English
• Presentable, open minded and team player
• Background in Accounts/Finance department is essential
• Background in customer/supplier facing role is essential
• Knowledge of Sage 50/Peachtree or similar accounts software is essential
• Minimum 3 years experience in an Accounts department.
