Key Responsibilities :
Ensure timely turnaround time in processing new application forms, client correspondence via [telephone, email] Call, a priori, on new clients offering a welcome call, introduce our products and services and contact details.
Act as an ambassador of ADIB Securities when serving both internal and external clients.
Handle clients’ inquiries/complaints by phone and in person; resolve their issues within the company’s guidelines and turnaround time. Escalate complicated issues accordingly to his/her supervisor.
Assists the manager in charge with special projects such as marketing campaigns, implementing new policies, designing service manuals.
Achieve high ”satisfaction feedback” from the business head and of other Departments with whom he/she may interact.

Education & Experience :
General knowledge of the UAE Capital Markets, other international stock markets and other wealth management services.
Good presentation skills, poise, and product knowledge.
Strong time-management and communication skills.
Knowledge of ”Word” and ”PowerPoint”.
Ability to work under pressure.
Fluent in Arabic Language and English.
