Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls
• Provide excellent customer service; answer questions and inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints and problems; offer possible solutions
• Manage call center database; enter new information as necessary
• Up-sell accounts when appropriate
• Maintain working equipment
• Follow company regulations and report malfunctions.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer support role.
• High performer with a track record of over-achievement.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills including active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
