Job Duties :
• Setting up the call center operations including the technology, integrated software, call distribution and scripting for a start up organization
• Managing a team and the daily running of the call center, including applying call center strategies
• Delivering and developing customer service training sessions
• Ensure that calls and emails are answered by staff within agreed time scales and in an appropriate manner
• Measure quality performance management and resource analysis
• Leading, coordinating and motivating all call center staff.

Requirements :
• Strong knowledge and experience of setting up a call center and operations
• Experience of working in a healthcare or insurance environment
• Customer care & customer satisfaction experience
• Strong training orientation skills
• Excellent communication and conversational skills
• Ability to work in a flexible atmosphere under pressure
• Strong problem resolution approach and a very customer friendly demeanor.
