Billing Coordinator Jobs Dubai . Currently we are looking for Billing Coordinator for our company in Dubai. Interested Candidates Can submit their Application.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Raise invoices/credit notes on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Deal with Stop Billing Notices and carry out quarterly billing preparation work, checking for cease and go live dates in Sales force and updating ability accordingly
• Ensure all accounting records are correct by preparing reconciliations, i.e. reconciling ability billings back to sage and making necessary corrections/adjustments
• Ad hoc administrative duties when required.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• 1-2 years experience in billing in a Telecommunications industry
• Able to deal with finance and non-finance personnel
• Capable of managing a high workload with ever-changing priorities
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) and telephone etiquette.
