Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• To submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local Government bodies including .
• Make sure all business and trade licenses are update, follow up official approvals and permits to prevent unnecessary violations.
• When the need arises, represent the company in Police Stations, Airport, Hotels, Embassies, Ministries, and other significant departments.
• Deal promptly and productively on general inquiries about PRO function.
• Maintain fleet file and service records of all company vehicles.
• Perform general company procurement process, vendor identification and evaluation, and maintenance contracts.
• Overall facility coordination, management, and maintenance.
• Assist in company errands when required.
• Create and submit reports as per required by the Management.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Strong background of UK laws, rules, and regulations
• Overall 3 years above experience in Government liaisons role PRO and Admin experience preferred
• Good Microsoft Office Skills
• College diploma/graduate of any relevant course/field.
