Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee provision of a daily reception service providing the first point of contact for all visitors to Jimmy Choo joint venture, dealing with members of staff and visitors. Ensure that this addresses signing in, prompt answering of telephones, handling of VIP guests etc.
• Ensure that incoming and outbound mail and courier packages are properly tracked and reach addressees promptly and (for outbound) at the right cost including personally covering reception when required.
• Ensure compliance to health and safety requirements
• Manage holidays planning of back office team to ensure coverage.


Office / Facilities Management
• Ensure smooth running the offices; liaise with landlord, service managing agents, onsite security and all service providers.
• Ensure timely reminder 6 months prior expiry of the contract to renegotiate terms in due time
• Maintain condition of office, coordinates general maintenance and repairs needs, coordinates cleaning contract staff, arrange regular testing of electrical equipment and safety devices.
• Work with all departments to ensure they keep their office space clean and tidy; escalate issues to managers as needed. Ensures reception area and second floor meeting rooms are maintained to highest standards at all times.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules for all office equipment either directly or through business solutions.

• Ensure office security measures are in place and communicated clearly to all employees, including correct use of passes and locking up procedures for evenings and weekends.
• Work with HR, Business Solutions and Store Development to provide work space for new starters, including locating and sourcing furniture, equipment, telephone extension, email access and office supplies.


Education & Experience :
• Graduate qualification desirable but not essential
• Experience of working in a fast paced, commercial environment
• Familiar with reception duties such as dealing with post and couriers, greeting visitors.
• Track record of office management or practical health and safety procedures
• Valid U.A.E Driving license
