Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Coordinating and developing the recruitment process and procedure.
• Ensuring staff are trained and inducted in their responsibilities and safe systems of work and the registers of training records are completed and current
• Ensure all payroll functions are completed to schedule and with accuracy
• Ensure uniform, staff meals and accommodation are provided as necessary
• All reports, data entry, time sheets are undertaken according to schedules.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Proven experience in staff recruitment and administration
• Proven experience in the event industry, preferably in a service related field
• Strong administration and project management skills are required
• Proven ability to deliver quality customer service and ensure issues are effectively resolved in a timely manner
• Good financial management skills
• Must be self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude who always under promises and over delivers
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines, with an energetic and level headed attitude
• Able to work to meet client/event demands and availability to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays and evenings as required.
