Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manages and coordinates relationships with vendors and Management as needed.
• As requested, assists with the coordination of Sales and Marketing programs/projects.
• Carries out all reasonable requests by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
• Processes documents for the SVP including, but not limited to, obtaining information and signatures and tracking documents through to completion.
• Tracks, monitors and prioritizes tasks and projects, collaborating with multiple parties of all levels and handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Could also support additional Sales Management with administrative duties as needed.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Four years experience in the same field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
